Return and refund policy

If a customer is unsatisfied with a product delivered, then he or she needs to send us a mail on Havenorganicsgh@gmail.com within seven (7) working days from date of received parcel. The returning shipping charges will be at sole cost of the customer.

We will refund only the amount of the product purchased to your credit or debit card used during payment. Processing charges, shipping and restocking charges will be excluded.

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product) we will reimburse in full amount or replace as per customers demand and desire.

The process

If a customer request for a refund, we will start only after we have received back the product in its original state and validate the return. Failure to contact on time to arrange return may lead to rejection or exchange/return request. Items to be returned must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Items will only be accepted if retuned in their original packaging. Items that have been damaged soiled, or Altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for such products.

THE E .U SURCHARGES

All packages to the E.U might incur custom charges which are country specific.

In instance where cosmetics laws of the destination country results in return of the package, service charges will be deducted for shipping and a refund made to the customer.

Cancellations

If you unfortunately have to cancel an order please do so within 24hours, refund in full amount will be sent to the card used in placing the order. No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

The customer agrees not dispute the decision made by Shea Butter Haven and accept our decisions regarding cancellation.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we wouldn’t accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in limitation of quantities of products available for purchase ,inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information or problems identified by our credit and fraud prevention department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If your order is cancelled after credit/debit card has been charges, the said amount will be reserved back to you card account.
